Support Guidelines

We provide technical support free-of-charge for Visual Hindsight through E-Mail correspondence only.

Telephone support is available by paid yearly subscription. For paid telephone support subscription details, please contact our department citing your request.

When Requesting Technical Support

  • Use the Visual Hindsight Help\E-Mail Technical Support command from the main menu in the main window. This command will start your default E-Mail program, insert a brief status report of modules installed with Visual Hindsight, and append an error log attachment, if applicable. Please do not modify this information or remove the error log attachment.

  • If you are unable to invoke the Visual Hindsight "Help\E-Mail Technical Support" command, E-Mail us directly at

  • Please include the version number, the edition (Professional, Home, or Viewer), and an explicit account of the problem you are experiencing.

  • Whenever possible, list the actions that provoked the error, including the name of the window you were in when the error occurred and immediately prior, and any command that may have caused the error.

  • Your feedback is very important, and will help us develop a better product—thank you for helping us create a better Visual Hindsight.
